Amman: The Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF) on Thursday carried out two airdrops of aid into the southern of the war-torn Gaza Strip. Due to the ongoing Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, relief and humanitarian aid were sent during the two airdrops to assist the local population. Two Royal Jordanian Air Force aircraft carried them out in collaboration with the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The JAF affirms that it is still sending medical and humanitarian supplies via land aid convoys, airdrops on the Gaza Strip, and an air bridge that allows supplies to be transported by aid aircraft from Marka Military Airport to Al-Arish International Airport to assist families in the Gaza Strip in getting through trying times. The JAF has conducted 111 airdrops since the start of the Israeli war on the besieged Gaza Strip, in addition to 263 airdrops that were conducted by the army in collaboration with other countries.
