The decision of the President of the Supreme Political Council No. (12) of 1446 AH was issued on Monday regarding the formation of the Government of Change and Construction and the nomination of its members, as follows: President of the Supreme Political Council After perusal of the Constitution of the Republic of Yemen; The political agreement signed on 28/7/2016 between Ansar Allah and their allies and the General People's Congress and its allies; The announcement issued on 6/8/2016 on the formation of the Supreme Political Council; Supreme Political Council Resolution No. (1) of 2016 on determining the Council's functions and competencies; The minutes of the National Defense Council dated 12/3/1445 AH The decision of the President of the Supreme Political Council No. (11) of 1446 AH assigning Mr. Ahmed Ghaleb Nasser Al-Rahwi to form the government of change and construction; Given the current circumstances and the requirements of the supreme national interest. //Decision// Article (1) The Governm ent of Change and Construction shall be formed as follows: 1. Mr. Ahmed Ghaleb Nasser Al-Rahwi as Prime Minister. 2. Scholar Mohamed Ahmed Ahmed Muftah of the First Deputy Prime Minister. 3. Lieutenant General Jalal Ali Ali Al-Rowaishan. Deputy Prime Minister for Defence and Security Affairs 4. Mohamed Hassan Ismail Al-Madani, Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Administration and Local and Rural Development 5. Major General Mohamed Nasser Al-Atifi, Minister of Defense. 6. Major General Abdul Karim Amir Al-Din Al-Houthi, Minister of Interior. 7. Judge Mujahid Ahmed Abdullah Ali, Minister of Justice and Human Rights. 8. Dr. Khaled Hussein Saleh Al-Hawali, Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development. 9.
