Presidential Decree No. (5) of 1446 AH was issued regarding the appointment of deputy ministers in the government of change and construction. The first article stipulates that the following brothers shall be appointed as deputy ministers of the Government of Change and Construction, as follows: 1- Abdul Majeed Saghir Ahmed Al-Murtada, Deputy Minister of Interior. 2- Ali Hussein Ali, Al Mukna Deputy Minister of Communications and Information Technology. 3- Ibrahim Hassan Ismail Al-Madani, Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources 4- Ibrahim Ahmed Abdulllah Abdullah Al-Hamli, Deputy Minister of Social Affairs and Labor. 5- Publisher Ali Saleh Al-Qaoud, Deputy Minister of Health and Environment. 6- Anas Ali Sinan Sufyan, Deputy Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development. 7- Nabih Nasser Ali Ahmed Abu Shusa, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports. 8- Abdul Wahid Naji Mohamed Abu Ras, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants. 9- Ibrahim Mohamed Ahmed Al-Shami, Deput y Minister of Justice and Human Rights. 10- Adel Saleh Yahya Badir as Deputy Minister of Electricity, Energy, and Water. 11- Dr. Omar Ahmed Mohamed Daar Al-Bukhaiti, Deputy Minister of Information. 12- Yahya Mohamed Ali Al-Sayani, Deputy Minister of Transport and Public Works. 13. Abdullah Hassan Mutahar Al-Washli, Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism. 14- Mohamed Mohsen Qanaf Al-Najjar, Deputy Minister of Oil and Minerals. 15- Nasser Hussein Nasser Al-Mihdhar, Deputy Minister of Administration and Local and Rural Development. 16- Dr. Hatem Abdo Ali Al-Doais, Deputy Minister of Education and Scientific Research. 17- Nasser Ali Ali Al-Hamdani, Deputy Minister of Finance.
