The Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that Israeli occupation forces blocked medical teams participating in the emergency polio vaccination campaign from entering certain areas of the Gaza Strip on Thursday, the first day of the campaign in the southern governorates. The ministry urged all relevant institutions and parties to intervene immediately to ensure the campaign's success and to reach all children in need of vaccination, particularly in the southern areas where a significant number of children reside with their families.
