Israeli occupation forces (IOF) detained on Thursday at least 25 Palestinians from the West Bank, including siblings and freed detainees. The Detainees' and Ex-Detainees' Affairs Commission and the Palestinian Prisoners' Society explained in a statement that the arrests were mainly in the Bethlehem governorate, while the rest of the arrests took place in the governorates of Ramallah, Hebron, Jenin, Nablus, Salfit, and Occupied Jerusalem. They pointed out that the IOF has recently escalated the arrest of dozens of those who were recently released, including administrative detainees, in addition to carrying out widespread raids, severe beatings, and threats against detainees and their families, accompanied by sabotage and destruction of citizens' homes. The total number of Palestinians whom the Israeli occupation detained in the West Bank post October has reached more than 8,665, including those who were arrested from homes, through military checkpoints, those who were forced to surrender themselves under pr essure, or those who were held hostage.
