HEBRON: Israeli occupation forces Monday assaulted and detained a young Palestinian man while he was passing through the Wadi Abu al-Qamra area in the town of Dura, south of Hebron. Local sources told WAFA that the occupation forces assaulted the young man, who was identified as Sharif al-Sharif, before detaining him and taking him to the military tower erected at the Fawwar Triangle. In the meantime, the occupation forces fired tear gas bombs at citizens at the entrance to the Fawwar camp, south of Hebron, injuring a young man with a tear gas bomb. Several others were treated at the scene from tear gas suffocation. The occupation forces also seized a concrete pump in the village of al-Tabqa in Dura and transferred it to the military tower erected on the lands of the town of Beit Awwa, southwest of Hebron.
