The Israeli occupation forces launched on Thursday an arrest campaign that targeted 28 Palestinians, including two girls and a freed prisoner, from various parts of the occupied West Bank. The occupation forces arrested seven Palestinians, including a freed prisoner from Bethlehem, and six others, including a girl, from Ramallah, after raiding and searching their homes, Palestinian news agency (WAFA) reported. Israeli forces also arrested 15 Palestinians, including a girl, after raiding and searching their homes in Nablus. The occupied West Bank and occupied Jerusalem witness daily raids and incursions into villages and towns by the Israeli occupation forces, accompanied by confrontations, arrests, and the firing of live and rubber bullets and poisonous tear gas bombs. The pace of arrests and raids in the West Bank has escalated in conjunction with the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, 2023, resulting in tens of thousands of martyrs and wounded, most of whom are children and women.
