Jenin: The Israeli military's offensive against the city of Jenin and its refugee camp has entered its second day, resulting in seven injuries since this morning. Three Palestinians sustained injuries from live bullets fired by Israeli occupation forces, continuing a pattern of violence that began with the renewed aggression. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reported that their crews have been attending to those injured by the live ammunition. Earlier in the day, four other civilians were reported injured by the Israeli army's use of live bullets and shrapnel in both Jenin city and its camp. The ongoing offensive has not only led to physical injuries but also significant disruptions in daily life. Occupation forces have been demolishing infrastructure and impeding the work of ambulances and Red Crescent teams. In some instances, these teams have been detained and allegedly used as human shields, a tactic reportedly employed in the eastern p art of Jenin city yesterday. In addition to the physical violence, the offensive has resulted in the cutting off of essential services such as electricity, internet, and water. The Israeli forces have continued to bulldoze and destroy roads and other infrastructure, exacerbating the humanitarian situation in the area. The military aggression against Jenin has already resulted in the deaths of five Palestinians and has caused numerous injuries, detentions, and extensive damage to infrastructure and properties. As the situation continues to unfold, the residents of Jenin face increasing hardships and uncertainty.
