TULKARM: Israeli occupation forces Monday detained an injured young man from Nour Shams camp, east of Tulkarm. The Palestinian Prisoner's Society (PPS) in Tulkarm told WAFA that the occupation forces detained Omar Abu Salit as he was returning from a hospital in Nablus to his home in the camp, while passing through a sudden military checkpoint near the Homesh colony, which was established on citizens' lands in Jenin. Salit was injured by a bullet in the eye fired by the occupation forces during their recent storming of the camp on July 9th. Source: Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA
