Israeli Forces Detain Palestinian Man After Armed Colonist Attack in Hebron

Hebron: Israeli occupation forces detained a Palestinian man on Saturday while confronting colonists who attacked his family's home in the town of Tarqumiya, west of Hebron.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, local sources reported that Israeli colonists from the Telem illegal colony, constructed on Palestinian lands and property in Tarqumiya, targeted the home of Mahmoud Ahmad Shalalfa in the Wadi Abed neighborhood. The colonists attempted to steal sheep from the family's barn.

The Shalalfa family intervened and prevented the theft of their sheep. Subsequently, Israeli forces arrived at the scene, raided the house, and arrested Mahmoud's son, Muhammad.
