Jenin: Israeli occupation forces besieged a house and detained four brothers in the town of Siris, south of the occupied West Bank city of Jenin, early Friday morning, as reported by a local resident.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the detainees' mother recounted how the forces entered the town, surrounded their home, and opened fire, injuring her sons Ahmad Naim Qtait in the waist and hand, and Qusai in the foot. The soldiers detained Ahmad, Qusai, and their two other brothers, Odai and Mohammad.
The operation began on Thursday evening when special Israeli forces covertly entered the town, surrounded the house, and fired live ammunition. Ambulance crews were barred from reaching the site. Subsequently, additional military reinforcements were sent through the Ya'bad/Mevo Dotan checkpoint, while fighter jets flew over the area.
