JERUSALEM: Israeli occupation forces Wednesday demolished a residential building in the Ras al-Amud neighborhood in occupied Jerusalem. Eyewitnesses said that the occupation forces, with military reinforcements, stormed the neighborhood and began demolishing a two-story residential building, each floor containing four apartments, each measuring 110 square meters, located near Wadi Qaddum. The four apartments are owned by Zuhair Abdul Aziz Ghaith and his brother Murad Abdul Aziz Ghaith, and Fahd Mubarak and his brother Mphammad Mubarak. It is noteworthy that the building was built in 2016, and fines amounting to 800 thousand shekels were paid to the occupation municipality, while a decision was issued to demolish it last Wednesday. A man from one of the capital's major districts was carried to the hospital after being shot by someone else as a result of a personal dispute, and he later passed away, the Public Security Directorate (PSD) spokesman said in a statement.
