Bethlehem: Israeli occupation forces attacked school students in the town of Al-Khader, south of Bethlehem, targeting them with tear gas during a military raid on Sunday. Local sources reported that the Israeli forces stationed fired tear gas and stun grenades at students as they were leaving their schools. No serious injuries were reported. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the forces pursued the students along the main street leading to the Al-Bawaba area and into the surrounding neighborhoods. The situation caused widespread panic among the students, but no immediate reports of injuries were confirmed. Earlier in the day, several female students were reported to have suffered from suffocation due to exposure to tear gas. This occurred when Israeli forces raided the town of Al-Khader, firing toxic gas canisters at the students of Al-Khader Elementary School as they were entering the school in the morning.
