Bethlehem: Israeli occupation forces along with colonists stormed the Solomon's Pools tourist area, located between the towns of Al-Khader and Artas, south of Bethlehem, according to security sources.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the occupation forces entered the Solomon's Pools area through the southern entrance to Al-Khader (Al-Nashash) and deployed throughout the area, allegedly to provide protection for the colonists. The colonists had previously announced their intention to storm the area.
The occupation forces closed the road leading to the Solomon's Pools area, preventing vehicles from passing. Groups of colonists accessed the area through the mountains and a nearby settlement, under the protection of the occupation forces. They positioned themselves along the three pools and performed Talmudic rituals.
