RAMALLAH: For the thirteenth consecutive day, Israeli colonists continued to raze large-tract of lands in the villages of Umm Safa and Aroura, northwest of Ramallah. The head of the village council in Umm Safa, Marwan Sabah, said that Israeli colonists, under the protection of the occupation army, began bulldozing about 500 dunams of the villages' lands and shut off the road between the village and the village of Deir Sudan, preventing citizens from passing. He added that the occupation, through the bulldozing operations, is completely separating the village from its Arab surroundings. Sabah said that the residents have been subjected to continuous gunfire from the colonists in the past few days, calling on all international and human rights institutions to intervene in order to put an end to the colonists' ongoing aggression aimed at displacing them from it.
