Post: Israeli Colonists Attack Palestinian Vehicles with Stones near Jericho

Jericho: Israeli colonists on Monday attacked Palestinian vehicles with stones on the Al-Muarrajat road, northwest of Jericho. Eyewitnesses reported that colonists stationed along the road hurled stones at vehicles bearing Palestinian license plates and shouted provocative slurs. The attacks caused disruptions in traffic and forced several drivers to turn back and seek alternative routes.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, further developments in the Jericho governorate included the complete closure of the 'Hay'ah' checkpoint to the north and the 'Yellow Gate' to the east in both directions. Severe traffic congestion was also reported at other military checkpoints, including the 'Southern' and 'Banana' checkpoints, particularly affecting those exiting the city.
