GAZA: An Israeli airstrike targeted a civilian house this evening in the central Gaza Strip, resulting in the murder of a woman and injuries to others, including a child, according to local sources. The sources reported that an Israeli warplane struck the home of the Abu Salamia family in Deir al-Balah, central Gaza, killing a woman and injuring several others, including a young girl. Additional casualties, including wounded individuals, were rushed to the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in the city following the Israeli military's assault on the Abu Salamia family home in the Al-Nakhil Street in Deir al-Balah. Meantime, Israeli occupation forces unleashed a fire belt on the regions of Batn al-Samin and Qizan al-Najjar, south of Khan Yunis, and the Mirage area north of Rafah. Earlier medical reports confirmed that approximately 42 Palestinians were killed since the early hours of the day due to the Israeli airstrikes targeting homes and vehicles in Rafah. In a preliminary toll, the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023 has resulted in more than 28,064 confirmed fatalities.
