Western media reported that Israeli warplanes launched 20 airstrikes at dawn today targeting areas in southern Lebanon. It explained that the warplanes launched airstrikes targeting the towns of Tayr Harfa, Qleila Naqoura and Deir Siryan in southern Lebanon. For its part, the Israeli army said in a statement that "during the night, the Israeli Air Force attacked about 30 missile launch pads and a site for Hezbollah's infrastructure that posed a threat to Israeli civilians in the areas of Jabin, Naqoura, Deir Siryan and Zebqin in southern Lebanon.
