Tel Aviv: Israeli Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara has decided not to investigate statements by ministers that incited violence against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, which is being subjected to an Israeli genocidal war. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Israeli newspaper Haaretz reported on Monday that "the attorney general decided last week not to investigate statements made by senior officials, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Galant, regarding suspected incitement to harm civilians in the Gaza Strip." The report further mentioned that the decision was made three days before the International Criminal Court decided to issue arrest warrants against Netanyahu and Galant, indicating that Israel knew in advance of the court's decision.
