Director of the Department of Health and Environmental Affairs in Greater Irbid Municipality (GIM), Yahia Omari, said the municipality warned 375 establishments within its borders during last May. In remarks to "Petra" Tuesday, Omari added that the municipality issued health violations against 100 facilities within its borders, while a total of 633 field visits were carried out, and 1 business was closed. Additionally, Omari stated that the department received and resolved 20 complaints, while 8 establishments and individuals were referred to the governor to take legal and administrative action against them.
