Iraq and Russia discuss ways to enhance bilateral relations in various fields

Baghdad, The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Multilateral Affairs and Legal Affairs, Omar Al-Barzanji, received the Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Baghdad, Andrey Aristov, at the Ministry's headquarters today, Tuesday. The Foreign Ministry stated in a statement: "The meeting focused on discussing ways to enhance bilateral relations between the two countries in various fields, including political, economic and cultural affairs. The two sides also exchanged views on regional and international issues of common interest, and the meeting discussed topics of mutual support regarding nominations to international organizations."
