Iranian Ambassador to Iraq Mohammad Kazem Al-Sadiq announced that Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian's visit to Baghdad will take place between September 10-20. He said in a press statement that a high-level delegation will accompany President Pezeshkian in response to the invitation of the Prime Minister Al-Sudani, and a number of memoranda of understanding that were scheduled to be signed by the presidents of the two countries during the visit of the late President Ibrahim Raisi will be signed. He explained that some memoranda need to be referred by the relevant ministers in the government and will be signed by the ministers of the two countries at a later time due to the start of the formation of the new Iranian government.
