Iranian army forces attacked, this evening, Thursday, with a drone, a car carrying armed opponents of the regime in the city of Zahedan, the capital of Sistan and Baluchestan province, southeastern Iran. Iranian television said, 'Security forces attacked, on Thursday evening, with a drone, a car carrying terrorist militants in the village of Sarjanjal, near the city of Zahedan, and the attack resulted in the killing of two terrorist militants.' The television added, "The details of the attack and the number of dead militants will be announced in later details by the security authorities." Tehran considers the opposition Baloch groups to be terrorist organizations, and the activity of these groups, most notably the Jaish al-Adl organization, is based on the border strip between Iran and Pakistan. From time to time, the Army of Justice launches bloody attacks on Iranian border guard forces, and the last attack occurred in early April, resulting in the killing of 18 army, police, and Revolutionary Guard forc es after bloody confrontations. Jaish al-Adl militants attacked security and military centers in the cities of Chabahar and Rask in Sistan and Baluchestan province, while Tehran announced the killing of 20 Jaish al-Adl militants and the arrest of nine others.
