Investment Minister Kholoud Saqqaf and Dutch Ambassador Harry Vervay Tuesday discussed prospects to boost investment ties between the two countries and attract more Dutch capital to Jordan. A ministry statement said Saqqaf stressed the importance of promotional tours by Dutch companies to familiarize with business opportunities in Jordan, stressing that the Netherlands is one of targeted markets in the investment promotion strategy 2023-2026, which aims to attract more capital in promising sectors. The minister briefed the Dutch envoy on key developments in the investment climate in Jordan over the past two years that were a boost to investment opportunities,including incentives offered by the Investment Environment Law.
