Interior Minister, Mazen Faraya, instructed the Kingdom's administrative governors to release 507 administrative detainees on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha. According to a ministry statement on Tuesday, this procedure came after examining their files thoroughly and reassured their release would not pose a threat to security and public order. The ministry added that the step aims to provide the released detainees an opportunity to reengage in society and lead a normal life among their families. Source: Jordan News Agency
