The Directorate stated in a statement: 'The detachments of the Babylon Intelligence and Security Directorate thwarted a smuggling operation for petroleum derivatives in Babylon Governorate, and arrested three defendants coming from Nineveh Governorate, riding a train loaded with one million liters of black oil that they intended to sell and smuggle in Babylon Governorate, and the defendants were handed over legally to competent authorities.
