Intelligence and Security Directorate arrested 4 wanted persons on charges of drug trafficking and kidnapping in three governorates. A statement by the Directorate stated: With a high-level intelligence effort, the Directorate's field detachments were able to arrest 3 drug dealers and promoters red-handed in Baghdad and Nineveh governorates, and an accused of kidnapping in Diwaniyah, with judicial warrants issued against them in accordance with the provisions of Articles (28 Drugs, 421 Kidnapping), and legal measures were taken against them and they were handed over to the competent authorities in accordance with the law.
