Amman: The Institute of Diplomacy's Director, Haifa Khraisha, and the Permanent Observer of the United Nations University for Peace (UPEACE), David Fernandez Puyana, signed a memorandum of understanding on Sunday to enhance academic cooperation between the two institutions.
