Hodeida - Saba : The Minister of Electricity, Energy and Water, Dr. Ali Saif Hassan, and his deputy, Adel Bader, inspected the damage caused by the Zionist aggression to the Al-Hali and Ras Katib power stations in Hodeida Governorate. During the visit, accompanied by the Director of the General Electricity Corporation, Dr. Mishaal Al-Rifi, and his deputies for Distribution and Technical Inspection Affairs, Eng. Mohammed Al-Shaibani, and Generation, Transmission and Control Affairs, Eng. Tariq Ismail, and the Director of Hodeida Electricity, Eng. Ahmed Rawdan, the Minister of Electricity and Energy considered the Zionist aggression's targeting of power stations a war crime and a violation of international law and conventions that criminalize the targeting of civilian facilities. He called on the United Nations and its affiliated organizations to assume their responsibilities towards the targeting of electricity services by the Zionist enemy and the victims that resulted from this.
