Minister of Information Hashem Sharaf Al-Din met with the leadership and creators of Sana'a Radio - General Program. During his visit to the radio, the Minister of Information, along with the Director of the General Corporation of Yemen for Radio and Television, and the Head of the Sana'a Radio Sector, listened to an explanation from the general managers and creators of the radio sector about the most prominent problems and difficulties facing the work in the administrative, financial and technical aspects. Minister Sharaf Al-Din explained that the government program emphasized the importance of the media and allocated a large space for it in its articles.. pointing out the importance of unifying efforts and collective work in the field of administrative reform and development. He stressed the importance of coordinating and integrating efforts and unifying visions, in a way that ensures solving the problems facing the media sector.. praising the work of Sana'a Radio and its distinguished staff, stressing t hat the radio is given great priority in development and modernization and in solving the financial problems facing workers in the radio sector. He added, "We will work hard to solve the problems and obstacles facing broadcasting and audio." He pointed out that despite the systematic targeting of Yemeni media by the countries of the US-Saudi aggression coalition, they have managed to achieve many accomplishments and successes, noting that the government of change and construction will pay special attention to the media. Minister Sharaf al-Din considered Sana'a Radio to be a school that trained many media professionals in this field, and it has a major role in raising the level of media performance and raising community awareness.
