Kuwait's Minister of Information and Culture Abdurrahman Al-Mutairi explored on Wednesday with Director General of the GCC Joint Program Production Institution (GCCJPPI) Sheikh Mubarak Fahad Al-Sabah ways to strengthen joint cooperating.
