The technical coordination meeting for the quadripartite memorandum of understanding was held in Istanbul today, Wednesday, with the attendance of the Iraqi and Turkish sides, and the communication of the Emirati and Qatari sides via the electronic window. The media office of the Ministry of Transport stated in a statement: "The meeting, in which the Iraqi side was represented by the Minister of Transport, Razzaq Muhaibis, was attended by representatives of the Italian consulting company BTP and the American company Oliver Wyman." It added that: "The coordination entity for managing the development road project was discussed, in preparation for presenting it to the quadripartite ministerial meeting and its approval by the ministers in their upcoming meeting tomorrow, Thursday."
