The Minister of Communications and Information Technology in the caretaker government, Eng. Misfer Al-Numeer, confirmed that submarine cable ships must obtain a permit from the Maritime Affairs in Sana'a before entering Yemeni territorial waters. Minister Al-Numair explained in a post on the "X" platform that the Ministry of Communications is ready to help meet the requests for authorization and identification of ships with the Yemeni naval forces.
