Palestinian Teen Injured by Israeli Forces During Raid Near Nablus

Nablus: A Palestinian young man was shot and injured by Israeli occupation forces on Thursday during a raid on the Askar al-Jadid refugee camp, located east of Nablus in the northern West Bank, according to medical sources.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Amjad Ahmed, the Director of the Ambulance and Emergency Center of the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) in Nablus, reported that an 18-year-old youth sustained a gunshot wound to the chest after being shot by Israeli soldiers during the raid. Emergency crews responded promptly and transferred the victim to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Eyewitnesses indicated that Israeli forces stormed the camp in the afternoon hours, firing live ammunition and sparking confrontations with residents.
