The Minister of Human Rights in the caretaker government, Ali Hussein Al-Dailami, inaugurated today,Sunday, the fifth free charitable medical week in the Shu'ub District in the capital's secretariat. The Charitable Medical Week, which is implemented over the course of a week by Al-Jinnatain Medical Center on the occasion of the advent of Ramadan month and the National Day of Resilience, targets six thousand cases from various segments of society and the poorest families, by conducting inspections and examinations in the specialties of children, internal medicine, gynecology, obstetrics, dentistrcy, physical therapy, and providing free medications under the supervision of the office health, Peoples Directorate. At the inauguration, Minister Al-Dailami referred to the role of Al-Jinnatain Medical Center in organizing the free medical week for the fifth year to enhance community solidarity and alleviate the suffering of the poorest families, especially in light of the circumstances the country is going through as a result of the American-British aggression. Al-Dailami praised the efforts of the center's leadership and its cadres in continuing to organize the free charitable medical week for Shu'ub's people of District and neighboring areas. While the Director of Shu'ub Directorate, Ahmed Al-Shutari, considered implementing such initiatives and organizing the free week for the fifth year in a row one of the finest acts of charity and alleviating the suffering of the sick and needy, especially before the holy Ramadan. In turn, the Director of Al-Jinnatain Medical Center, Dr. Abdel Nasser Al-Dabry, indicated that the medical week, which the center implements with a number of shareholders from pharmaceutical companies, contributes to providing services to the poor and needy, especially before the month of Ramadan and the anniversary of the National Day of Resilience. He stated that this year's medical week targets six thousand cases in medical and physical therapy clinics for poor families and from various segments of society in the Shu'ub District , neighboring areas, conducting inspections and providing free medicines.
