Human Rights Ministry condemned the Zionist enemy's continued commitment of all forms of the most heinous crimes, resulting in hundreds of martyrs and wounded on a daily basis. Human Rights Ministry explained in a statement, a copy of which was received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), that the Zionist enemy has killed and wounded more than two thousand Palestinian citizens, most of them women and children, since the decision of the International Court of Justice, the most recent of which was 15 massacres against families in Gaza Strip, which claimed the lives of 118 martyrs and 190 wounded during The last 24 hours. It denounced the practice of the Zionist enemy, armed with America, in imposing a policy of forced displacement and starvation at the same pace, and it is still destroying entire residential blocks and squares, hospitals, and targeting communities awaiting the distribution of aid in Gaza. The statement considered that the Zionist entity continues to commit grave violations that go beyond the descriptions of war crimes and crimes against humanity, to comprehensive genocide against an entire people, emphasizing its blatant violation of the rules and principles of international law, bypassing the decision of the International Court of Justice, obligating to take measures to prevent the commission of the crime of genocide against Palestinians in Gaza Strip. Human Rights Ministry said, 'Despite the weakness of the International Court of Justice's decision and its failure to come out in a way that rises to the level of criminality, the humanitarian world rejoiced in its acknowledgment of the existence of genocide crimes in Gaza Strip, and it was expected that there would be urgent and firm action from the court and a strong message to the entity and the countries behind it.' America is at the forefront of committing these crimes.' It wondered, "Where did the decisions of the International Court of Justice go? Why did they not succeed at the very least in stopping the massacres and violations? What wa s the court's response to the large number of victims who fell after and before its decision? Is the evidence and evidence it still has incomplete regarding the crimes that happened and are happening?" ". The Ministry also asked, 'Why were the International Criminal Court and its Prosecutor General absent in the face of the unprecedented crimes committed by the occupation in modern history in Gaza, and scandalously hidden in the Zionist crime face and its repercussions on the humanitarian reality in Palestine and the occupied territories?' The statement affirmed that the Zionist entity continues to commit genocide crimes in Gaza, that it is completely indifferent to the decisions of the International Court of Justice, and has full confidence that America is ready to intercept all movements and efforts that seek to stop its crimes , violations and bring it to trial. It denounced the continued complicity, betrayal, and silence of the so-called Arab League and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation regarding the crimes against the Palestinians, which shame humanity. The Ministry renewed its call to the world, especially the peoples of the Arab and Islamic nation, to continue their humanitarian and religious solidarity towards stopping the aggression against Gaza and the crimes that are occurring, as well as continuing pressure at all levels to stop the killing, displacement and starvation of the Palestinians. It called on all international bodies, organizations and human rights advocates in the world to work to stop the collapse of international humanitarian principles, treaties , mechanisms , to take pressure measures in all areas to prosecute the Zionist entity and ensure that it does not escape punishment.
