Amman: Temperatures will rise on Thursday, bringing hot weather to most areas and scorching conditions to the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Winds will be moderate from the northwest, occasionally picking up. According to the Jordan Meteorological Department's report, temperatures will see another slight increase on Friday, reaching 4-5 degrees Celsius above the seasonal average. The weather will remain hot in most areas, with sweltering conditions prevailing in the desert regions, Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Moderate northwesterly winds will continue to occasionally pick up. On Saturday, a significant drop in temperatures is expected, bringing them back to around the seasonal average. The weather will be summerly in most areas, remaining hot in the desert, Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with some low-altitude clouds appearing in the northern and central parts of the kingdom. Today, temperatures will range between 36 C and 24 C in East Amman, 34 C and 22 C in West Amman, 32 C and 20 C in the northern highlands, 33 C and 19 C in Shara highlands, 43 C and 29 C at the Dead Sea, and 44 C and 30 C in Aqaba.
