The ninth edition of HORECA Jordan, an international forum dedicated to hotels, restaurants, food industries, and hospitality services, is set to begin next Tuesday at the Jordan International Exhibition Center, Mecca Mall. HORECA Jordan, recognized as a leading event for the hospitality sector, showcases hotel and restaurant equipment, hospitality services, and food industries. It has gained prominence not only in Jordan but also across Arab and foreign countries, building on its consistent success over the years, said a statement. The forum aims to bolster the relevant sectors further and contribute to the growth of Jordan's tourism industry, particularly within the food industries related to hotels and restaurants. The three-day event will feature over 120 brands from Jordanian and international companies and agencies, offering a platform for exhibitors, businesspeople, and guests to engage in bilateral meetings. The forum will also spotlight advancements in Jordan's tourism sector and the performance o f Jordanian industrial and commercial companies. The event is supported by the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, the Jordan Tourism Board, the Jordan Restaurant Association, and the Jordan Hotel Association, with significant international participation from countries including Poland, Greece, Russia, Lebanon, the UAE, Turkey, and Italy. Originally launched in Beirut 29 years ago, HORECA has since expanded to Kuwait, Riyadh, Jeddah, and Muscat, arriving in Jordan nine years ago after two Jordanian companies acquired the franchise rights.
