Deputy Minister of Public Health and Population Dr. Mutahar al-Marwani on Monday inspected the progress of work at al-Sabeen Maternity and Childhood Hospital in the capital Sana'a and the level of job discipline following the blessed Eid Al-Fitr holiday. Dr. Al-Marwani listened to an explanation from Deputy Director of the Hospital Sarah Jahaf about the level of medical and therapeutic services in the various departments of the hospital and the extent of job discipline of the medical, technical, nursing and administrative staff at the medical departments. Jahaf also inspected the level of functional discipline and the workflow at the National Center for Blood Transfusion and Research. He listened to an explanation from the center's officials about the process of receiving blood donors and the difficulties in the center, which suffers from a scarcity of blood stock and its derivatives and an increasing demand.
