The head of the Military Industrialization Authority, Mustafa Ati, confirmed that the inaugurated projects were completed under the direct follow-up of the Prime Minister. He said, during the Prime Minister's opening ceremony of a number of military production factories and rehabilitation laboratories, that 'there are 12 factories at the authority, 4 of which were opened today by Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, and 8 others will enter service before the end of the current year 2024.' He explained that "these projects and factories will constitute a stepping stone towards establishing a national military industry," pointing out that "the Prime Minister's efforts and planning have a major role in completing projects and supporting the military industry.
