Abdulmalik Al-Arashi, Head of the Supreme Authority for the Control of Tenders and Auctions, sent a cable of congratulations to the Revolution Leader , Sayyed Abdulmalik Badreddin Al-Houthi, and the President of the Supreme Political Council, H.E. Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, on the September 21 Revolution tenth anniversary . In the cable, Al-Arashi emphasized that the immortal September 21 Revolution is an exceptional achievement in the Yemenis steadfast life , as it returned the country to the freedom and dignity path after the agents pawned its fate to foreigners in exchange for their narrow interests. He explained that this revolution came to express the aspirations of all the Yemenis for freedom, independence and building the state according to correct foundations that meet all the aspirations of Yemenis.
