In Sana'a, the handover took place between the former Human Rights Minister, Ali Al-Dailami, and the successor Justice and Human Rights Minister, Judge Mujahid Ahmed Abdullah. During the handover, in the presence of a number of the ministry's leaders, Judge Mujahid praised the role played by the former minister in activating the ministry role and tasks at the national and international levels. He appreciated the role of the ministry in monitoring the violations and crimes committed by the aggression on Yemen, issuing national reports and holding conferences to uncover and expose these crimes, in addition to developing functional capabilities to deal with reports , complaints , coordinating with relevant bodies and agencies. Judge Mujahid explained that the merger of the Human Rights Ministry with Justice Ministry was required by the current circumstances and the convergence of tasks for a number of departments and administrations. For his part, former Minister Al-Dailami referred to the efforts made by th e ministry's cadres over the past years under difficult circumstances. He thanked the leaders and cadres of the ministry for their contribution to completing many reports related to human rights.
