US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken announced today, Wednesday, that Hamas has requested many amendments to Biden's proposal, some of which are acceptable. Blinken said in a press conference in Doha: 'It is possible to work with some of the amendments proposed by Hamas, while others cannot be accepted, and the deal on the table is consistent with the deal proposed by Hamas on May 6, and Hamas proposed many amendments to the proposal, and "We discussed these amendments." Blinken added, "We will continue to work with our partners in Qatar and Egypt to try to reach an agreement on the new deal, and in the coming weeks we will present ideas for how to govern Gaza after the end of the war.
