Jordan's Electronic Health Services (EHS)-Hakeem program, affirmed its commitment to improve Jordan's community health by "fully" utilizing its big data reservoir. In a statement Sunday, the company said as part of its participation in "Change Day" initiative launched by the Health Care Accreditation Council (HCAC) for the 11th consecutive year, Electronic Library of Medicine - Jordan (ELM) contributed in providing the latest medical references supported by scientific evidence "for free." The company noted these references contribute to enable workers in the Kingdom's health sector to access "accurate" diagnoses and "optimal" treatments, aimed to improve quality of Jordan's health care. The company's CEO, Omar Ibrahim Ayesh, said "Hakeem" program provides a "comprehensive" database that helps analyze health data and provide the necessary information to enable health care providers to make "accurate and quick" decisions. Expressing pride that the EHS is part of the "Change Day" initiative, he stressed the company's commitment to provide technical solutions that contribute to develop Jordan's health sector and achieve a "qualitative" shift in health care through available data and advanced technology.
