General mobilization department in Shaghadera district, in the Yemeni northwestern governorate of Hajjah, on Wednesday kicked off the 4th stage of 'Aqsa Flood' military open courses. Speeches to the kickoff underlined the need for youths to join military open courses, in respond to instructions given by the revolution leader.
