The Committee for Receiving and Adjudicating Complaints and Grievances in Sana'a Province held a meeting today, headed by the Secretary-General of the Local Council, Abdul Qader Al-Jilani, to review citizens' complaints about land issues in a number of neighborhood units in the province's directorates. The committee reviewed, in the presence of Committee Services Chairman in the province's local council, Mahyoub Mahdi, the Deputy Governor for Technical Affairs, Engineer Saleh Al-Muntaser, the province's advisors, Abdullah Al-Murtada and Abdul Rahman Al-Saraji, the directors of the Public Health and Population Office, Dr. Khaled Al-Muntaser, the Legal Affairs Director, Suwaidan Al-Barh, the Acting Director of the Public Works Office, Engineer Muhammad Ashiyah, and the Deputy Director of the Land Authority, Engineer Ahmed Al-Yahiri, the grievances and complaints that were sorted and studied during the past days, and decided upon them, numbering ten complaints related to lands and new urban plans. The attendee s also approved the preparation of a grievances model and complaints, provided that no grievance will be accepted unless the data in the approved model is completed. In the meeting, the Secretary-General stressed the committee's keenness to address issues and problems related to citizens, find appropriate solutions for them, and quickly resolve them.
