The Social Welfare Department of the Ministry of Defense held Wednesday a graduation ceremony for 305 disabled who completed the "Promised Conquest and Holy Jihad" cultural construction course. The attended officials emphasized the importance of these courses in enhancing the skills of war-disabled individuals in cultural, administrative, and professional fields, commensurate with their abilities and disabilities. Assistant of Minister of Defense Maj. Gen. Ali al-Kuhlani praised the contributions of disabled to national defense and highlighted the leadership's commitment to improving health and social services for them.
