The Governor of Hajjah, Hilal Al-Sufi, reviewed on Saturday the maintenance and rehabilitation work on the Hajjah-Amran road, which is being implemented by the General Corporation for Roads and Bridges, with funding from the Road Maintenance Fund. Maintenance work includes restoring potholes and laying a 15-kilometre-long layer of smooth asphalt from the Sharas area to Ain Ali and the Ma'bour area. The Governor of Hajjah praised the achievement of the work and the attention he saw from the Hajjah Maintenance Center affiliated with the Roads Corporation, appreciating the role of the General Corporation for Roads and the Roads Maintenance Fund in implementing and financing the project. He stressed his readiness to overcome all difficulties facing the maintenance and rehabilitation work of the main road linking the Hajjah and Amran governorates. While the director of maintenance in the governorate, Engineer Taha Al-Matari, reviewed the completed work, appreciating the interest of the governorate leadership in overcoming all obstacles facing the work.
