Germany grabbed another win (2-0) on Wednesday in Matchday 2 against Hungary in the group stages of the 2024 Euros. Although Hungary looked compact, they conceded a first half goal by the talented youngster Jamal Musiala in the 23rd minute. The first goal only motivated the German team to assert their dominance in the second half which led to the second goal by Gundogan in the 67th minute. Germany's impressive 5-1 win against Scotland in Matchday 1, and Wednesday's win against Hungry means Germany became the first side to secure qualification to the knockout rounds having 6 points out of possible 9.
