Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Jasem Al-Budaiwi expressed on Wednesday his deep condolences to Kuwait over the victims of the fire that engulfed a building in Mangaf area earlier this morning. This came in a press release, where he expressed his sentiments over the victims of the incident, praying Allah Almighty to bestow the deceased with mercy and the injured with speedy recovery.
